ช็อกโกแลตสอดไส้แยมสตรอเบอร์รี่

1. ดาร์กช็อกโกแลต 200 กรัม
2. แยมสตรอเบอร์รี่ 100 กรัม
วิธีทำ
1. ละลายช็อกโกแลตในไมโครเวฟ ไปกลาง (500 วัตต์) ประมาณ 2 นาที นำออกมาทุกๆ 1 นาที แล้วคนให้ช็อกโกแลต ละลายเป็นเนื้อเดียวกัน
2. เทช็อกโกแลต ใส่พิมพ์ซิลิโคน รูปต่างๆ รอให้ช็อกโกแลต แข็งตัวเล็กน้อย(ด้านขอบ) จากนั้นเทส่วนที่เหลวออก แล้วใส่แยมสตรอเบอร์รี่ ที่ช่องว่างระหว่างกลาง แล้วใส่ช็อกโกแลตให้เต็มพิมพ์ นำไปแช่เย็น ให้ช็อกโกแลตแข็งตัว รับประทานขณะเย็น
